Founder of what is now Oasis Orthodontics. Started the practice on this Fleming Island block in 1997. Semi-retired, still pops in for the families she has known the longest.

Dr. Lori Aiosa opened the doors at this Fleming Island address in 1997. The practice operated as Aiosa & Hoffman Orthodontics for most of that time, and rebranded to Oasis Orthodontics on May 1, 2026, under the leadership of Dr. Derek Hoffman and Dr. Samantha Montoya.
Dr. Aiosa is board-certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. She built the practice on a simple idea: orthodontics is a relationship that outlasts the treatment, not a transaction that ends when the brackets come off. Three generations of Clay County families have walked through that door because of it.
Today she is semi-retired. She is not accepting new patients, but she still sees the families she has known the longest, and her standard for clinical care still shapes how the rest of the team practices. The name on the building changed; the standard did not.
